Work Flow of Our Consultation processes
Step 1: Inquiry
We respond to all of our customer needs, including improving productivity and saving labor in their factory. We prioritize their every opinion regarding their order. Please contact us by email or phone first.
Step 2: Hearing
A sales engineer will visit the customer and ask about the purpose of their desired product, functionality, tentative budget, delivery date, etc. We can also consult with our customer in our web conference room anytime they feel convenient.
Step 3: Estimate
Based on the interview, we will propose an estimation to our customer. Each of the departments works together to review and improve the product, and then finalizes the specifications and the design. All the estimates are done at free cost.
Step 4: Order
We will receive the purchase order from the customer and start planning for the manufacturing of the product as soon as we receive the order.
Step 5: Manufacture and Delivery
After going through all the above steps, it goes into production. The customer can contact anytime during the manufacturing time to get update about the product. After finishing the manufacturing of the product, it will undergo through various inspections and testing. Then it will be sent to the customer custody following maximum safety within the proposed time.
Step 6: Maintenance and Service
If even if there is any post consultancy or comments about the product, we will be always happy to hear your thoughts and always active to do any kind of post maintenance or service. Daishin is always there for you to respond your queries.
