1.Automatic Box Packaging Equipment

The design of the Saga Nisshiki package is of very high quality, and the paper used for the packaging is excellent. Furthermore, in consideration of environmental issues, they have opted not to use glue or tape for packing. Until now, the box packaging and folding of the Saganishiki package have been done solely by hand, posing a significant challenge for mechanization. After discussing the mechanization of this manual work with them, we embarked on creating an automatic box packaging machine. Over a period of six months, we conducted tests, made adjustments, and carried out investigations repeatedly. Finally, we completed a machine capable of handling the box stuffing process, which had previously been done by hand. This machine can fold, assemble boxes, and print manufacturing dates. It has received high acclaim and a reputation from customers as being ”the only machine of its kind in the world”.
